Every night at 03:00 UTC we run the level recomputation against the trailing 60 days. Promotions are immediate. Demotions are not — if you slip below a tier's threshold, you keep your current level for 30 days before recheck. We don't want one bad week tanking your placement.
One disputed order doesn't count against your cancel rate until the dispute resolves. If it resolves in your favor, it never counts.
